Awesome podcast as usual Jamie! I could really relate to what you said about doing the fun stuff and realizing you weren’t having any fun. I think I need to take a bit of a “doing” vacation!

I loved it when Chris basically said that we got to get out of our own creative way. I so know that! Like, why am I drawn to the dark and spooky? I like pretty but do I want to make pretty? Not sure. I think I’d prefer to paint ghosts in the window that flowers in a jar and now I’m wondering, hey, maybe that’s OK?

i just was cleaning out my google reader and realized i hadn’t seen a post from you in well over a month…

i think when your website switched over some of your blog subscribers got dumped, you may want to see if you can post something on the old feed to get people over to your new site… cause i’ve been missing out!

good stuff happening must go read more about it all!

Another great post. I can certainly appreciate what Ms. Zydel does for a living–without my writing group and our self-mentoring, I don’t think I would have pursued my creative writing as far as I have. She serves a great purpose.

Well done.
