This is a wonderful interview. Hiro has beautiful energy, I enjoyed how she talked about being present and how you have to nourish yourself daily.

Thank you so much for exploring my question Jamie! I love your suggestions, esp the bit about knowing the details of who you are, what you like and love. I realised as I was listening that part of the resistance for me is that I think I do not *want* to shine if that means being shiny, and attracting attention to myself or my work… but I would love to shine if it meant helping to shine a light for others, or helping to make connections… with others, with my self, with the world…

And of course, shining does mean those things :-)

Thank you so much for offering the question, Joanna! And yay to finding your own unique way to shine. You’re a beauty!
