Kathy Loh, PCC, CPCC, MA, is a creative life adventurer currently playing in the Great Mystery as a life and relationship coach, musician and writer. She is coach of soul and creativity embracing an integral body, mind, spirit and heart way of life. She lives a life of free-invention and attracts clients who wish to do the same. She coaches creative and performing artists, healers and educators who are ready to reinvent their lives, their art and their practices. She works with couples who want to strengthen their relationships and coaches/ mentors other coaches in training and beyond.
In addition to coaching, Kathy’s background is a pastiche of extensive training in music (M.A.), leadership, shamanism, meditation, energy work, sound healing and education. She is the co-founder and co-leader of the Coaches of Creative Artists Coactive Network Community. Kathy is a free spirit who challenges herself to live on her own evolutionary edge. She cultivates a deep and ever expanding relationship with nature and lives where the redwoods overlook the beaches in Northern California.

Kathy’s words about taking care of your own needs first and safety really struck home for me. To be validated from within so when you perform or create you are coming from a place of strength is a wonderful idea to live by. Something I will take with me into 2010.

Great interview ladies! I love how Kathy includes taking care of “belonging” in her self care recipe. That is something, as a creative person, I sometimes overlook…but WOW so very important and powerful to have that support net in place.
