Lovely podcast, thanks for sharing as always.
This was so timely.. I just yesterday recorded my first ever voice blog post on checking in with yourself. That is what I am dong. And I was resisting and surprised at some of the stuff that came up for me. The ideas and plans I had for this year, didn’t on some level feel authentic to what I knew really needed to be focused on. So hearing her 8 stages, I saw myself in there for sure. Can’t wait to check out more about her. Thanks as always for the amazing inspiration!
oh i loved this interview! it rang home for me. about acknowledging where i am… as opposed to focusing on where i feel i “should be”… giving myself permission to be in my creative cocoon… and letting things happen organically. instead of trying to measure it. or force it. amazing insight as always. thx jamie & laura!!
