From Sally: Hello everyone! I am a creative, intelligent, insightful, empathic, work-in-progress who has been a Jamie Ridler fan for as long as I’ve been aware of her – you could say that it was definitely ‘love at first find’. I am laughter and song and dance – and sometimes, all three simultaneously. I love to read, to write, and to engage in meaningful conversation. I lift, support, encourage, motivate, empower and inspire with gentle words and quiet space. I serve as the magnificent reflection of all who have crossed my path ~ and while I try to serve as a dazzling example ~ I provide more significance as a visible life-in-process. I’m thrilled to be sharing this time with you today and thank you for being here.
I ‘Light Up the Heart of Ordinary’ at http://sallyg.me and am inspired daily at Caring Creates, my Facebook Community. I’d welcome you with much gratititude and appreciation in either or both locations.

Gosh Jamie ~ you are so GOOD at facilitating these segments! I truly felt like we were engaged in friendly conversation, just us two. And I’ve just made a note to remind myself that I have already transitioned from Kook to Wise Woman ~ so I can let all the residue attached to ‘I am not a Kook’ go!!
Seriously, I am very grateful for the time we shared and the opportunity and loving space you provided in allowing this conversation to take place. As unique as we all are, we are also connected on some level ~ and I feel beautifully connected, represented and respected here today.
Thank you.
I sooooooo enjoyed this podcast! Where can I buy Sally’s book? Love, Sandra
I would really love to her more from Sally and Jamie together. You both have a magical way of communicating together. Thanks! Sandra
Hi Sandra! Jamie really created a beautiful environment for the conversation to flow as it did. Throughout, it felt like we’d been friends forever. This is a regular Tuesday feature here at Jamie Ridler Studios ~ if you have time, give a listen to the many podcasts in her Archives. As she mentions in the opening of this podcast – there is an ABUNDANCE of creativity all around us. So incredible, really.
Also, I neglected to appreciate Shannon Ridler for making this so easy for me too. I can’t believe that all I had to do was answer the phone and speak into the receiver ~ and THIS was created. Thank you!
Great podcast as always! Sounds like Sally is doing some great things! Jamie, I loved what you said at the start of the podcast, about the cup and us getting mad when it wont all fit in there.. so true.. I have had this , this podcast will help me shift a bit and see what I want to focus in on, I have thought about this before, but it was a good reminder. I have said that we often will see all this goodness as obligation and not the opportunity that it is.
Sally makes a very good point that creativity incorporates so much more than just tangible items. We each take information and process it differently. That in itself is personal creativity. Great interview!
