Hi Jamie,
In February I started going to the gym daily. It dawned on me that I could enjoy your pod casts while working out! I spend the first 30 minutes in an intense cardio workout listening to a runner’s podcast then I shift gears for 30 minutes and tune into your wonderful interviews while lifting weights. It is great hearing you and your guests. It is like having friends at the gym with me. Now I have another reason to look forward to the gym. Thanks!
PS – I’ve admired Vivienne’s work with her camera and it was lovely getting to know her more with this interview.
