march-new-moon

Isn’t it wonderful to mark the New Moon? It gives us a fresh start, a new beginning every single month. What’s stirring in you today? That’s the question that is going to guide us in creating our dreamboards for the Full Worm Moon.

How are you liking that full moon name? There are other more beautiful names for this moon: the full crow moon, the full sugar moon. But regardless of its beauty (or lack thereof), the Full Worm Moon seems just right to me at this time of year in the Northern Hemisphere. This Full Moon presides over a time when those dreams and wishes that have been hibernating start to feel the energy of the returning sun and tickle at you. Something is ready to come alive. What’s stirring?

This New Moon being in Pisces also gives us the opportunity to deeply connect to our intuition, to what’s rumbling beneath the surface. This will be a beautiful time for letting your inner self guide the creation of your dreamboard. Let yourself be drawn to images and trust yourself to choose ones that have a message for you. When you post your dreamboard on the Full Moon, notice what has been revealed.

Often we come at our dreamboards from the other direction. We know we want to go to Paris or write a book or nourish our bodies or get a puppy and we actively search for those images, adding them to the board and energizing that dream. This is a powerful process! Amazing things can happen. And it’s also interesting to see what unexpected messages just might show up if you let your intuition create the board. (By the way, I created Soul Reflections with exactly that purpose in mind. It takes you through the creation and decoding journey, helping you discover the hidden messages on your board)

Enjoy this New Moon and the gentle stirrings that are asking for your attention. I look forward to sharing our discoveries under the Full Worm Moon.

PS Not only is it the New Moon in Pisces but it’s also the New Moon on Monday. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist!)

Enjoyed it? Share it.

The name of this moon reminds me of the classic book by John Collis, The Worm Forgives the Plough. http://www.guardian.co.uk/books/2009/mar/29/classics.
It will be nice to see what wrigglings emerge.

Hi Jamie…
I am so glad I came by your blog tonight… it was meant to be! I’ve been a wallflower noticing all the activity..and dream boards and I’m feeling it big time! Over the weekend I made about eight SoulCollage cards…wow, a picture is work 1000 words! – and got my eye on your Soul Reflections too (sorry I missed the ‘09 year end special)…that’s OK :) – I’ve been “fondling” images for the last week or two…and to have this way to express them…in the group energy and with intention and intuition :) …to be inspired to express them this way is very exciting.. This time of year has a lot to do w/it too…. I just blogged tonight on my Gratitude-Joy blog…how invigorated I feel with the Spring on the horizon; and then.. to tab over and read your inspiring post on the New Worm Moon.. well.. it’s got me excited about the journey an the discoveries! My Soul Seeds are indeed germinating.; and I’m looking forward to letting it reveal itself to me.. I appreciate ALL that you are, all that you give,…and generate…and do..
Shine on, Jamie!… an thank you!
much love… xoxo, Cheryl

Hi Jamie,
I often start projects on the new moon.
Your full moon dream boards are awesome to do now
as the moon grows to full. I have your Soul Reflections and
I’m really enjoying it.
Namaste
