As I look at my Full Frost Moon dreamboard, what I discover is balance. It wasn’t what I was thinking at all when I made it but it’s what I find coming off the page. Here’s what my dreamboard is inviting in this month:
- Both serenity and energy
- Room for the personal and the professional
- Comfort and excitement
- Support and independence
- Connection to the Universe
- Love and nurturing for my sensual body
- Stepping into my strength and a new level of success
- Fascinating opportunities in interesting places
- Fully alive. Fully present. Fully me.
- Sparkle, always sparkle
By the way, I’m super excited to share that I’ll be launching an at-home version of my Soul Reflections workshop in the coming month. The reason I mention it here is because it uses collage and journaling to help you connect to your inner compass and the stirrings of your soul – just like dreamboards! You could absolutely use it each month to guide you through the dreamboarding process. More to come soon!

By the way: I notice that we both move according to our seasons and now you have lots of indoors images that were on my boards around May and I´m moving towards open spaces and brighter colours for our summer. :)

Thank you, everyone, for the beautiful feedback. It’s funny because I can have kind of a bad attitude towards balance and I wasn’t thinking about balance when I was creating this – but when I looked at it and imagined the life I was dreaming of, I felt nourished, energy-rich, soul-full, challenged and fulfilled. That kind of feels like maybe it’s my definition of balance!
Oh, and Paula, I just love your observation about our related cycles. I feel like you and I and the moon are dancing together!

It is the red-carpet-river-flow that ends with a passionate embrace, that I find so interesting among the soft-cloud-colored-shores.
