My Full Moon Dreamboard: The Full Buck Moon

in Full Moon Dreamboards,My Life

I’ve been paying a lot of attention to my dreamboards lately, taking some time to go back and see the trends, the colours, the moods and what has come to pass. I notice I’m often dreaming on the same themes: home, relationships, self, spirit and my vision for Jamie Ridler Studios. It’s amazing to see how clearly my priorities shine through. Lately I’ve also had on my board the project that’s on the horizon, and that’s the case this month as well. I’m very excited about something I’m working on for Wishcasting – which is there in the big pink “Wish” on the page. More to come on that later!

The bottom left section is steeped in my awareness that all dreams must be rooted in self-nourishment in order to grow. Self-nourishment is necessary in order to have the energy, the health, the passion and the joie de vivre needed to bring dreams to life. (We’ve been talking about this in Circe’s Circle)

In the upper left there is a vision of what’s next for my work – stepping into the spotlight, more travel, more opportunities, more invitations, more creations, more prosperity, more support.

In the upper right is my continuing vision of home, my love of houses and beauty, of luxury and a sense of ease. In the center I just fell in love with the smiling fountain statue and also the woman on stage in her big beautiful frock with the gold chairs all behind her. Chairs seem to be featured in my dreamboards often; I have no idea why!

There are many mysteries on the board. For example just now I noticed that in the bottom right corner picture of a garden growing, there is a fuzzy image of a woman in a blue dress beyond. I had never noticed her before this moment. And now I know she has a message for me. I’m curious to discover what that is.

That’s why I recommend creating dreamboards with a mixture of intention and intuition. It’s powerful magic to set clear intentions, to let your self and the Universe know precisely what you’re dreaming of. To be able to gaze at the images every day and remind yourself where you are headed on this journey towards your dreams. It’s also a deeply nourishing practice to trust your  intuitive choices and add to your board things that catch your eye and draw your heart, even if you’re not sure why. It’s amazing how deeply your dreamboard can reflect back to you what’s stirring within.

Interested in creating your own Full Moon Dreamboard? You can participate by making your own, posting it on your blog or on Flickr and sharing the link here. We’ll be making dreamboards together again on August 24th, the Full Sturgeon Moon.

May all your dreams come to you & THANK YOU for allowing us all to see your dreamboard!!!
I found alot of the images I was saving the past week or so, didn’t get in….some other images appeared instead.

Thank you so much, Dale Anne :) I always end up with extra images too. Sometimes they end up on the next board, sometimes in my journal and sometimes in the recycling. It’s funny how that is!

I love the intuitive process too, trusting something will come up and that it will fit just right, it always does. The words stillness & light hovering over the tumbled chairs seems to evoke a feeling quiet expectation!

I wish your dreams continuing success!

Ah, Sue, thank you so much for that. You really opened my eyes to the relationship between those words and what’s below – where I had been focused on what’s above. That helped me see a few things in a brand new way. What a gift!

lots of beautiful, powerful images here. sometimes we have no idea why an image is calling to us. but i have noticed over many years that when i go back and revisit images that have, they’ve usually materialized in my life some way. wishing you beautiful dreaming and fulfilled wishes. xo

Some very powerful images and lots of vision. Love how you can see the connections to past dreamboards.
I am always amazed that what I think i will createa and what pictures I’ve collected, are not always the way the board ends up being. Just like tonight!. I had no plans to use horses but there they ended up!

Beautiful! And thanks for the reminder about allowing for both intention and intuition.

Oh! There are so many beautiful images in your board, Jamie. I’m looking forward to what you’re cooking up, it always seems to be something tasty and soul-satisfying!

I’m so glad to see I am not the only one who is starting to pay more attention to what her dreamboards are saying. I did things a little different this month–mostly because I got the day of the Full Moon wrong–so I thought I ‘missed’ the right day. I actually set my brain up weeks ago to show me where I needed to go in/w my life…and last night the entire process of creating this dreamboard was STUNNING…but then again, this is not meant to be a just for this month dreamboard….I am loving the path I am being shown…and I have YOU, Jamie, and all the other Dreamers and Wishcasters, to thank for …getting me into this practice and for opening me up to so many things. THANK YOU!! Hugs…
