My dreamboards have been surprising me lately and this one’s no exception. I absolutely love where it’s taking me. I’m going to take my own advice and look at what actions I might take, inspired by what I see on my board:
- I could continue to build my support squad, creating fun and supportive connections.
- I could choose healthy and nourishing food.
- I could stand alone.
- I could investigate the possibilities of creating a rooftop deck outside my studio.
- I could visit inspiring spaces.
- I could share the seed of a new idea.
- I could take the stage.
- I could take a deep breath.
- I could paint – in the house and in my art journal.
- I could create a work plan.
- I could acknowledge my hunger.
- I could break the rules.
I’m loving this list. I see it. I feel it. I get it. I love the range of possibilities. There are steps for my home, my body, my attitude, my self and my business. And there are mysteries. I’m still not sure what the silver leaf in the bottom right corner is asking of me, though I have a few ideas tingling.
When I look at this board throughout the month, I will be lovingly and consistently reminded of these possibilities. And I have a funny feeling that there will be more than a few that I’m going to do!
By the way, this kind of interactive process of discovery with your dreamboard really forms the core of the Soul Reflections workshop. It will guide you through creating the board and then decoding the messages it has for you. This is a powerful practice that will help you get clear on who you are, what you love and what you yearn for.

Oh, yes! I see all that there too and there is more, so much more. :)
Enjoy. :D
Oh my! I’m absolutely stunned to see some of the images on my dreamboard turned up on yours too! What are the chances of that? :)
This board is totally you, Jamie, without a doubt. Let the magic begin!
beautiful dreamboard jamie! I’m so new to this, but I think it sounds great that you can interpret the dreamboard as a way of thinking? Like suggestions?! :-)
Wow, gorgeous dreamboard Jamie! I love that you took your own advice :) And I love how many things you could come up with with coulds. Could’s aren’t shoulds…we shouldn’t (har har) avoid could’s! Could could lead to… well… anything!
Here’s to a month of dreams coming true!
sometimes it’s so hard to take our own advice! i love your board and that list looks wonderful! I think it’s time to break some rules :-)
Oh, I just love your list, and am really drawn to getting lost in the images of your dreamboard! I resonate with so much of it… I am particularly called the hand in the middle. Here’s to thriving!!! :)
Jamie, I love the coulds too. So much that I decided to do it for my dreamboard as well. I love the expansiveness that the word “could” permits (as opposed to the squeezing sensation I feel when I use the word “should”) — so thanks again for being such an inspirational force!
Ooo…Looks and sounds exciting and delicious! I hope it all happens and goes well! :)
