My Full Strawberry Moon Dreamboard

in Full Moon Dreamboards,My Life

I’m still blissed out from making this dreamboard with such a warm, wonderful group of women for the first ever Full Moon Dreamboard Telecircle. There’s a magical energy that gets created in the circle and it’s different each time. Yesterday’s group was warm and glowing, very welcoming, loving and fun. What a joy! And the consensus was – let’s do it again!

My dreamboard feels quite different this month, though I see many familar symbols: an archway, turtles, an elephant. This feels like a summer board to me, all the green, the ease, the relaxation.  The big story for me is the hard-working turtle on the bottom right who looks determined and unstoppable as he climbs, and then the turtle in the centre who is floating in the water with support.

Here are some of the things I know and notice from my Full Moon Strawberry board:

  • This month I’ll be on retreat with Jennifer Louden and at the Kripalu Center I have a room with a view of the forest.
  • In the summer I love eating fresh, lush, light foods.
  • I’d like to spend more time with my mom.
  • It’s okay to take some ease this summer.
  • Help is on its way.
  • I am always supported.
  • My body needs tending.
  • There’s something else that needs tending. I’m trying to figure out what it is.
  • I offer my gifts.
  • Trust.
  • It’s important to connect to the big rhythms of life.

I love the sharp red auburn bird at the top facing outwards. I feel like she’s looking back and forth, guarding the borders, making sure everything is safe while I take some ease. Thank you, kind bird.

What are you dreaming about under the Full Strawberry Moon?

Stunning dreamboard Jamie! I love the colours too and that you always have animals. I’m so glad the telecircle went well, wish I could have been there for it. Your list is wonderful, I am with you on the light and lush foods, been craving salads a lot. I hope you do get time to spend with Mom and I wish you all the best on the big retreat!

Oh, Jamie! Do attend the noon YogaDance class while you’re there. It’s a different teacher each weekday. YAY!!! You’ll have to let me know who you get. AND if you do early morning yoga, look for Megha (my main teacher) or Jurian. BOTH are different but equally wonderful.

Ooh, thanks, Christine! Experiencing Yoga Dance is definitely one of my goals when I’m there :) Thanks for the encouragement and info!
