Yesterday I had an absolutely delicious time leading a Full Moon Dreamboard Circle in Toronto! I’m going to share more details - pictures, videos and insights - in the coming days but today, I wanted to share my own dreamboard. It had some surprises for me and I can certainly see that the energy is shifting. My board is filled with a kind of kick-butt, edgy attitude as well as travel, entertaining and a wonderful sense of being confident and comfortable in my own skin.
One of my favourite things that showed up on the page are the words “the new intense.” This is going to be a touchstone for me over the coming year. Staying intense - passionate, focused, powerful, alive - while being at ease, vital, relaxed and comfortable: the new intense.
I get kind of giddy and feel sparkly inside when I think about just what this dreamboard is inviting in - and what it’s asking for from me!

Like I said on FB, new intense indeed! Look at the gal with blue hair in all that shiny black, love it! What a fantastic dreamboard Jamie and I am so glad that so many people came out for your workshop and considering the cold that’s going on right now, that is so inspiring.

that is super cool! i love the new intense too and i’ve been feeling it in my world… wearing intensely coloured eye shadow, speaking my mind even when it’s intensely uncomfortable. and i am loving it.
