One of the projects that I set myself this year (for the second year in a row) was to take a picture every day and capture the year on ‘film.’ Truthfully, I missed a few days this go ’round but still, when I watch this slide show, I see 2009 in all its many colours. It’s funny because when I first started watching the slide show, I thought about how many challenges there were but the more I watch it, the more I appreciate the richness. I plan to continue this project in 2010. It’s a creative and beautiful way to remember.

Wasn’t it worthwhile? I loved it - especially now looking back at mine, and yours. So far I’ve kept up with two days of 2010, I’m on a roll :)

Reg and I just finished watching your fantastic 365 together and just loved it Jamie! How wonderful we both could be a part of your year too and wow, you have such artistic vision, it was fantastic. It made us miss you all so much though of course! But in a good way.

Hi Jamie,
Thanks for sharing. I am doing that project this year! I am looking forward to it.

That was so lovely. You’ve inspired me to try this project in my own life. Thing of all the moments you have hallowed just by taking a moment to recognize the life in them…

Despite the blustery winter’s day here, I am warmed and inspired by this fabulous collections of selected moments of your 2009.

I’m participating in ‘project 365′ this year with Shutter Sisters, what a great way to get to know your camera and see what grabs your eye. I look forward to seeing your shots.

Awesome video! You have such a rich life of family friends and fun. You have the 3 f’s and that is what life is all about. I love your kitchen redo. I have the book this is not a book. But I did not get into it like I did wreck this journal. I have only done a few pages.
Big hug.

Cool!
Mine for last year was something like “265″ *giggle*. I might get to 365 this year. ;)

Really inspiring and a beautiful way to remember what life is made of. This has me thinking about doing the project 365 myself, or perhaps something like it…

chrishoneybee 01.04.10 at 7:54 am

Inspired by your blog last winter, I also started project 365 for myself and have managed to complete it: http://yellowglasses.com.ua/2010/01/02/365-final/

It was an interesting experience for me.
Thank you so much for the inspiration and creativity you give to us all! :)

And happy new year! :)

Jamie, I loved this video. What a powerful testament to how much you love food, beauty, your husband, your family, your friends and life itself. You’ve totally inspired me. Sure, I missed the first 3 days, but starting today, I’m going to do a Project 365, too. Heck, just seeing a few glimpses of me in YOUR Project 365 made me appreciate what a ride 2009 was for me! Thank you for doing this and for being you.

Beautiful, inspiring, nicely done! I liked seeing the choices that you made and also seeing the people in your life. The music pulls it all togother.

This is such a fantabulous idea. Your images are beautiful and filled with joy!!

I saved for a long time a finally bought myself a new camera this summer that I have been afraid to use. I’ve made this my new challenge - to take one photo a day with the new camera. I’m so excited!! I’ve already been out with it twice!

Thanks~!
