I discovered this song by John Southworth ages ago and over time have shared it in many places, over and over again. It’s one of my absolute favourite running songs. As I was out for the run this week, for the first time in a while, on the most exquisite clear-skied, breezy autumn day, my heart just sang along, “Life is Unbelievable.” A great message as we step into Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada. Enjoy!
