no

What do you wish to say no to?

You can be a maker of magic and a tender of wishes. It’s easy. Answer the wish prompt above on your blog and then add a direct link to your post in the box below. Support wishes by visiting other participants, leaving a comment saying “As (insert name) wishes for her/himself, so I wish for her/him also.” It’s that simple. There is great power in wishing together.

I just have to share with you some of the magic that was stirred here recently! Check out what happened with Kate’s travel wish! Isn’t it amazing? If you ever have Wishcasting joys and magic you want to share, please email me. I love to hear your stories.

And if saying no is a challenge for you, I wrote a post about coming up with your Absolute No list that may give you some inspiration.

Here’s to our wishes!

Yes, I thought this week’s Wishcasting was inspired by your commitment to radical self care, I love it! Reading other people’s wishes I find it funny that I seem to be in the minority when it comes to the ease of saying no. I had no idea it was so hard for people, I have been saying it no steadily since I could speak! I love it that women are finding that word in their vocabulary, thanks to you Jamie!

LOL! Yes, Suzie, you have had a healthy relationship with the word “no” for as long as I’ve known you!

Good question. Sometimes I think we are in sync. I woke up with this on my mind this morning.

Great question. I’m often focusing on saying “yes” that I forget to say “no.” I love Cheryl Richardson’s book. Each chapter is so easy to digest and it is great to have a single focus for the month. Enjoy your extreme self care adventure.

Jamie,
Has Cheryl Richardson seen your Wishcasting prompt for 3/10? If not, you can contact her via her facebook site.
Great prompt! I went through Cheryl’s book last year. However, saying no this year is different from last year. Thank you!
