What do you wish for less of?
It is also the New Moon today! Now is a great time to start preparing for you September Dreamboard. You can read more about it here.
You can be a maker of magic and a tender of wishes. It’s easy. Answer the wish prompt above on your blog and then add a direct link to your post in the box below. Support wishes by visiting other participants, leaving a comment saying “As (insert name) wishes for her/himself, so I wish for her/him also.” It’s that simple. There is great power in wishing together.
Hey, Wishcasters!
I am so excited to share that I am in the midst of creating the most beautifully delicious, wonder-inspiring magical creation based on Wishcasting! I revealed a bit about it on my pod-a-versary! I really want to share the magic that sparkles around this circle every week, even to people who maybe don’t live online like we do (hehe). So I’m creating a 52-Prompt Wishcasting Journal that wishers will be able to fill with pictures, drawings, poems, writing that helps set an intention and get the magic started! Imagine a journal filled with 52 weeks of wishes!
Over the next couple of weeks it would such a help and a joy if you could share with me either by email or in the comments what Wishcasting has meant to you. I hope to be able to feature a few comments in the journal itself and it would be great to do another couple of features on you lovely Wishcasters! Over the years, I have received such generous, beautiful feedback and love from this circle. I know you can explain the magic of Wishcasting even better than I can!
Thank you, beautiful wishers!
Jamie

This is something I could ponder for weeks… but it fit in nicely with some of the meditation I have been doing. Thank you!
Dear Jamie,
Your new project is SOOOOOO exciting ! Can’t wait to know more about it ! Will it be prompts you already asked, or brand new ones ?
Thank you for this week prompt, I put my gut in this wish and feel very emotional about this. Thanks for allowing me, in a way, to put words on it.
And I answered your question about what wishcasting meant to me at the end of my blogpost, as well. Tell me if I need to paste it in a mail for you, I’ll do it with pleasure.
Much love and hugs to you, beautiful Jamie ✰✩✯
I’m also responding very emotionally this week to the prompt. I find wishcasting a powerful way to share–and the support from other bloggers is incredible! Thanks Jamie!
Jamie,
Thanks again for another look into my life. This weeks Wish was one in which I had just verbalized. Wishcasting Wednesday truly hit home with me.
Love & Hugs, Poe
Jamie,
For over a year, I have been sitting in the wings watching as Wishcraft by Wishcraft passed by. Then one evening about a month ago the light turned on. What a beautiful gift to find a Tribe of Creatives showing up in my life! I don’t have to do it alone.
Wonderful wish and exciting project too!!
Good luck on your new project! Can’t wait to see the final product. Thanks for the past year!
You always know what I need…Not just the wish today….but the reminder of why WISH CASTING is so important! xoxo
Thank you so much for doing wishcasting Wednesday. I love reading everyones wishes and I totally love thinking and writing about my own. It makes me think about what I want and helps me to put it into words!
Sorry for all the swearing but this has been a crap week so I happily would like to kick Mercury’s retrograding ass to the curb.
Suzie, I hear you. And once again, this topic was right on the mark
Oh! That is such a wonderful idea! I LOVE it! I always check in on Wishcasting, even if I don’t have a chance to answer the question in writing. It forms part of the rhythm of my week: Creative Adventure Sundays and Intention Mondays with ABCcreativity, and then podcast Tuesday, and Wishcasting Wednesday with you. It’s wonderful!
This week’s prompt was especially potent for me, as my husband and I have just begun the “should we move?” talk (the answer was “Probably, but we should cut our stuff at LEAST in half first”). It also fits in perfectly with my intention to blossom-into-30 this month…to make fewer apologies and impose less guilt on myself. Actually, this could very well be the most potent WIshcasting yet! YAY!!!!!!
Looking forward to writing about what wishcasting means to me! In the meantime, have another wish. :)
I will try to put into words what wishcasting means to me & send you an email. I expressed my feelings via pictures for this week’s prompt:)
As Jamie wishes for herself so I do also.
Oh Jamie!!! Wishcasting each week keeps me present..focused and in my own head. It is so easy to be blown off track ..off that path of True North! Each week you offer up something wonderful..a chance to stop and breathe and really think about me..just me..what I need for a little bit. Then the joy of visiting others and wishing for them too..I love that. I never leave Wednesday mornings without some insight into me..thank you hon!! You are without a doubt a blessing to us all!!
Hugs, Sarah
I thought this one especially moving…we spend a lot of time wishing for things to come to us, that thinking about what we’d wish to be rid of took me some time to think about…it is perhaps more important than we realize to take the time to do from time to time….:0)
And I agree with dropping kicking Mercury Retrograde to the curb….LOL
Congratulations!! on so much awesomeness going on in your world (and subsequently OURS too! :)
For me, Wishcasting has been nothing short of therapy. Some days I suppose that is more obvious than others, but it really allows me a place where I can completely be myself – even when that ‘self’ is rampantly obnoxious, depressive, a pain in the toosh, and in general negative. I’m here for the support. The support I can give and receive and know that these amazing people are all here for one another regardless of the weather. I know it means so much more, but I can get wordy, so I’ll stop here. Thank you so much for this bastion of compassion and courage. I have loved every minute of my experience here.
You all make my heart get bigger each and every week! And this beautiful feedback is making it doubly so this week – or even more! Imagine the Grinch when his heart breaks the measure – except I’m starting with a slightly larger heart than he had, hehe.
When I look at you all, I see that every week the wish seeds get planted and as a result – you blossom!

Ooh, love your new project plans! I’ll write something up and send it to you.
I am excited to join you in this wonderful circle of magic
I actually put my comment on the wrong blog entry! But I just love this wishcasting! This is my first!
I just found wishcasting. How powerful!!
It’s been quite a while since I’ve done a Wishcasting Wednesday and yet, it suits my life at the moment *perfectly*!
Thank you, Jamie, for always being there and for always gently guiding me to push the envelope.
