Hi Jamie! Great video. You brought tears to my eyes when you talked about change. You mentioned how the seasons reflect change and to remember if we’re feeling off that it won’t last forever. I’ve been going through some serious depression for over a week now. I’ve been through it before but it feels like it’s lasting forever. I needed to hear those words that you said. I also liked that this video was about balance. OK, I loved the whole video!
The way you described the winter season and snow – I had to listen to it twice. You are so good at wording it and how to see the beauty in it and harness the energy of it in our lives.
Winter knocked on our door rather suddenly last week, too. I’m glad to slow down, but I will miss biking. I am loving the illumination of holiday time popping up in neighborhoods at night!
