About Adrea…
For nearly two decades, Adrea stole any free moment she could from her hectic computer career to write stories and articles that included her obsessions: love, physics, food, wellness, logic, grace, cleverness, wordplay, and imagining the best of herself and others. When she got the opportunity at age 42 to write full time, she didn’t hesitate and cherishes every moment of it.
She graduated valedictorian with a journalism degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and later earned a Masters in Popular Fiction Writing from Seton Hill University. She has co-published several inspirational alphabet books and an app with Pictureless Books and is a contributing author to the award-winning textbook for writers, Many Genres, One Craft. She has written countless articles for publication and continues to contribute when asked. The first of her novel series, Becoming Truitt Skye, is complete and out with publishers. Her screenplay, P.H.D. is also out with producers. She is currently working on the second book in the Becoming Truitt Skye series and a new screenplay tentatively titled, Zenned.
She has mentored fellow writers for the last decade because she is fierce in her love for writers discovering their voice and their story through positive exchanges and understandable structure. In September 2015, she and her Literary Agent, Anjanette Fennell, created a company dedicated to serving writers. Storyteller Ink combines Adrea’s unique storymapping methodology and insight as a working writer with Anjanette’s unending ability to hone into exactly what a writer needs to shine and be remarkably productive. They are already accomplishing great success with their first program launch designed to assist writers complete their book in nine months whilst designing their own writerly life and stepping into the life of their dreams.
