About BJ…

Like many artists, BJ Lantz has lived a few creative lives.  Her career started as an award-winning graphic designer working for advertising agencies, and later freelancing for many years.  That design background was a good compliment to her illustration skills which she has used for the past 15 years creating surface designs that she licenses to giftware and home decor manufacturers for use on products ranging from greeting cards, garden flags, rugs, dishes, fabric collections and just about everything in between.  A few years ago, BJ began transitioning into her third art life as a fine art painter.  Her work has recently found a home in a top-notch gallery and she’s busy preparing for a solo show in March.  On the side, just for fun, she also shares and sells prints of her photographs of Paris on her website The Armchair Parisian.
