Thanks Jamie. It’s been a monday where I have been out of sync all day. Your words about just showing up and even 15 minutes of practice encourage me for tomorrow.
Always love checking in with what you are doing, saying, being. With this behind the scenes it reminded me of the Zen principle of the “Beginner’s Mind” and how important that is at the beginning of an adventure, but also, more so as you progress. We must all keep the open beginner’s mind. Hugs!
