I had a wonderful week off, a great mix of playing & resting, doing & being. I might just have to keep that up!
I went to a new restaurant in the hood…
…attended The One of a Kind Show and Sale...
…created a flower gallery in our kitchen…
… visited with cats in the hood …
… took myself out for coffee…
… finished a long shelved project…
… walked along the boardwalk…
… had a spa day…
… listened to birds…
and finished off hanging out with Shannon for Art Day.
I’m going to remember to take time off again!
Lucky you! Going to hear Gretchen. . . evenings like that are so enriching and uplifting for the spirit.

I was able to hear Cheryl Strayed talk a few nights ago – it was raw and real, thought-provoking, emotional, and magical. She was a dynamic storyteller and hearing her read from her new book was awesome.
